I read your article “Why I quit my NGO” and I just wanted to say; it really struck a cord! I am currently working in an NGO with several offices around the world (I’m from, as well as based in Amman, Jordan). I was wondering whether there is a way for us to discuss these matters further, as I really am at a cross-roads at the moment! A *huge* part of me wants to quit; for several reasons (many of which were listed in your article); but a small, quiet voice is trying to convince me otherwise. While I realize this is an obscenely selfish request; would it be possible for us to chat?

Either way; I admire your work, and your courage! May there be more people as hard-working and honest as you!
